Sorry that we have been slow this past year. I, Eva, was struggling with Lymphoma. I hope to have a better year this year, and renewed strength to continue this program. Please do let me know if you could help in the maintenance of the organization at the International level, or would like to create a program at the local level.

Newsletter!!
We are excited that the Education Committee will release the first edition of a newsletter created to keep us all more informed about what is going on! Dr. Creamlimon Nongbri writes "I am pleased to inform you that the Education Committee is ready with the Newsletter to be released on October 24, 2009. The newsletter will be released by the President, Unitarian Union at Nongthymmai and all the Officials of the Union were invited along with the Heads of the schools." Look for the newsletter here on this website . . . with updates to follow. You can find it on the "Resources" Page--just click on the line that reads "Education Committee Newsletter"

Congrats to the team who have put their thoughts together on this noble idea.
I hope this will go a long way in serving the needs of the teachers especially those in remote villages

On behalf of the Education committee, I express my great joy and sincere gratitude to Eva who posted the Newsletter on this website and make it accessible to all our dear Sponsors without whose support and encouragement we would not achieved this far.
My congratulations to every one who put their heads together to make our dream come true.
